Anthropic signs $35 billion cloud deal with Nvidia-backed Lambda, source says

Aug 31 (Reuters) - Anthropic has signed a cloud-computing deal worth $35 billion with Lambda, a cloud provider ⁠backed by Nvidia (NVDA.O), opens new tab, a source familiar with the matter said on Monday.

The deal will bring online Nvidia capacity to meet growing ⁠demand for Anthropic's Claude AI, the source said.

The news was ⁠first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
